A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. And, YES, your deposit is applied toward your total balance. We get this more and more and can not believe this is not common practice for other vendors.
We have no payment plans. We leave this up to you, as everyone's situation is different. You can make payments through your dedicated online account or on our website for any amount at any time. You will receive a receipt for each payment as well as your account being updated within 24 hours. Your balance is not due until 2 weeks prior to the date of your wedding/event, so you can wait until then if you wish.

1. Once you reserve, you will be sent links to our online contract.

Once the contract is e-signed, you will then be sent links to your dedicated online account where you can update your planning guides, make music requests, make payments towards your balance and you will be able to contact us any time. You will also be provided a link that you can give to your guests so they can make music requests as well.
3. After the planners are completed, we schedule a phone meeting with you 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. We go over everything with you and also make suggestions if certain parts of the planners are not completed.
3. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to the date of your wedding/event. You can make payments for any amount at any time by logging into your dedicated account.
Our DJs and/or photo booth attendant typically arrive 2-3 hours prior to your wedding or event. We prefer to be fully set up and tested prior to the start of your event.
Yes, This is YOUR day. You can create a custom music request list for yourselves through your dedicated online account, as well as provide a link to your guests so they can make requests prior to your event. And you have full control over what you want to be played, your custom music request list includes Must Plays, Play if Possibles, Play Only if Requested, and a Do Not Playlist.
You can request what music you want for your Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner Hour, and Reception, or leave it up to us, whatever is convenient for you.
We wear either Semi-Formal wear (for example Suit, Tie & Jacket) or business casual which includes our company button-down shirts or polos (depending on the weather) and slacks. We leave this decision up to you.
The biggest difference is that we have a DJ and a Master or Ceremonies at each event. One to take care of all the important announcements and to be the go-to person for any questions from the couple. The 2nd DJ is responsible for all the music. Making sure all the specialty songs requested by the couple are played and any music requests throughout the night are played.

Yes. We provide a separate sound system for the ceremony with music for each special occasion and background music for the guests as well as wireless microphones for the officiant and anyone making speeches at the ceremony.

Yes, our Build Your Own DJ package comes with DMX-controlled Lighting for your dance floor, however, we have an upgrade to provide more DMX-controlled lighting to mimic a nightclub dance floor. Our Build Your Own Photo Booth package comes with tons of props to take the silliest pictures. Unlimited photos for the couple and their guests. Our travel fee is free for the first 75 miles roundtrip from our home office located in Sanford, Maine. After that, we do charge for travel, but it is included in the quote you receive from us, it's never a hidden fee. Our set-up and break-down times are included and do not cost anything.
